On October 31, 2020, the new regulations on the use of cookies on web pages, electronic commerce and applications that use cookies come into force.
The new regulations, updated and published by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) on July 28, will enter into force on October 31, 2020.
This new regulation, recently updated, comes to modify and clarify certain points of the regulation published on May 28, 2018, the date that compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation came into force.
This new regulation, broadly speaking, clarifies and provides better transparency about the use that we are going to give cookies on our website, and, very importantly, obtain the user's consent for the use of cookies.
That is why it is important to check "continue" buttons or type phrases:
"If you continue browsing we understand that you accept the use of cookies"
These types of phrases, buttons and texts are no longer valid, in order to use cookies the user must accept them and give their consent by means of a button type "I accept" or "Accept Cookies".
In addition, the user must be able to access / consult what type of cookies we use and this information must be visible or accessible, from any page of our website.
We recommend using a link in the footer of the web with the text "Cookies Policy", in this way, the cookie information will be accessible and visible at any point on our website or electronic commerce.
