Does the GDPR affect the forms on my website or online store?
We can safely confirm that the new European regulation GDPR affects most, if not all, forms that appear on my website or online store.
How does the GDPR affect web forms?
In each web form we should inform, with total clarity and in understandable language, of:
It is highly recommended to add a new unchecked "checkbox" field, so that the user / interested party indicates that they accept the receipt of commercial information via the different means used by the company type (newsletters, bulletins, email, push notifications, sms, post mail, …).
This consent to receive commercial information, whether affirmative or negative, can be very interesting to guard, automate and manage for a possible inspection in case of complaint.
NOTE: these recommendations, as well as the texts, must be confirmed with the responsible company or consultancy hired by your company, for the management of regulations, laws and regulations on data protection (LOPD or GDPR).

Update 05/26/2018:
All the system contact forms have been updated by a new form, this contact form will be found in the forms section of your Ebasnet manager, they should review the new GDPR fields and adjust them in each case, we recommend that you fill in the field " Responsible "for the data of your company.
For other custom forms, which were created manually and introduced in compositions, pages, posts or other sections as widgets, they must be adapted manually.

- Purpose: the purpose of the data collected.
- Responsible / Identity: indicate who or who will be responsible for the data processing (the company, the representative, your DPO / DPD,...).
- Recipients: information on whether or not the transfer of data to third parties exists.
- Legitimation: user consent.
- Rights: explanation of the rights of the user / interested, such as access, modification and rectification of the data, withdrawal of consent or other rights.
- Additional information: we can link to other legal texts of the web, to extend certain additional information.
